Terms and Conditions is applicable to ALL websites within the

provides facilities for its clients via a web application. 12in10.com
general policy is to act as a provider of application service.
12in10.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel
a customer's access to any or all services provided by 12in10.com
when we decide that the account has been inappropriately used.
Any
attempt to undermine or cause harm to a our services, servers,
or customers of 12in10.com is strictly prohibited.
Any
unauthorized access/use of 12in10.com resources
is strongly prohbited. Such attempts include unauthorized membership transfer, "Internet scamming"
(tricking other people into releasing their passwords), password
robbery, security hole scanning, reselling the system's copyrighted materials, etc. Any unauthorized use of accounts
or computers by a 12in10.com customer, whether
or not the attacked account or computer belongs to 12in10.com,
will result in action against the attacker. Possible actions include
warnings, account suspension or cancellation, and civil or criminal
legal action, depending on the seriousness of the attack.
12in10.com
has the right to discontinue service, or deny access to anyone
who violates our Policies or the terms and conditions or service shown below
WITHOUT WARNING OR PRIOR NOTICE. No refunds of fees paid will
be made if account termination is due to violation of the terms
outlined below.
Harm
cause of Unlimited Traffic
12in10.com's
customers are privileged to be offered chat - traffic for their
web sites.
To
provide better service and maintain the integrity of our services
the following limitations apply:
One
12in10.com account must be opened per web site.
Accounts that use the chat application on more than one site will
require a written permission. If the traffic created is determined
unreasonable by 12in10.com the owner will be asked
to either remove the chat application from the additional sites
or open additional 12in10.com accounts. Any account
with traffic that generates an unreasonable high hit count will
be monitored and may be charged additional fees. These fees will
be at the sole discretion of 12in10.com, but will
not be without agreement from the customer.
12in10.com
will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of
this provision.
12in10.com
can discountinue client account with/without specifying reasons.
Where physical products are concerned, 12in10.com
will
deliver the products/services ordered to the delivery address
supplied by the customer. Shipping and delivery times are estimates
only. However, goods/services are shipped within 10 days of payment
confirmation. Where products to be delivered are digital, an immediate
delivery will be made with full details given after payment confirmation.
4. Returns Policy
*All Payments To 12in10 (aka NeatResearch
Corporation) Are Non-Refundable*; this is especially applicable to physical products such as Video (DVD) or Audio disks (CD) and where there is proof of digital delivery.

Membership Terms
All
12in10.com accounts come for private use only. The membership is one person per account. You are NOT granted any resale or public limited rights, except for affiliateship, which is administered by PayDotCom.com. Where is member is found to flout these rules, the membership will be terminated with immediate effect with NO refunds and such member may face prosections subject to copyright infringements in the United Kingdom.
Payment
Policies
All
accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis through PayDotCom management and PayPal.
All pricing is guaranteed for the term of pre-payment. 12in10.com
reserves the right to change prices at any time, unless other
terms have been agreed upon. Any account not brought current within
a week (7 days) of e-mail notice or exceeding this time frame
in any way is subject to automatic suspension. The customer is responsible
for all money owed on the account from the time it was established
to the time that the customer notifies 12in10.com
at Support to request for termination of services or may cancel via their PAYPAL accounts.
All payment is in U.S. currency or British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
12in10.com will bill each client $75.00 per returned
check, per wire transfer received and per credit card chargeback
received. All 12in10.com accounts are setup on
anniversary billing cycles. Your particular billing cycle corresponds
to the contract length that was initially chosen at setup. Your
account will automatically renew at this length. There is no fee
to change to a shorter billing cycle at the end of the current
cycle, where such facility have been made available at signup. Please contact
the billing department at support@neatresearch.com should
you wish to change your anniversay billing cycle. Any account
that is not brought current prior to deactivation will be charged
a $15.00 reactivation fee as well as a $20.00 late charge, per
12in10.com application deactivated. In addition,
if your credit card declines for any reason paypal.com
may charge your account an additional $5.00 service charge every
time your card is declined.
Cancellation
12in10.com
reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. All fees paid
in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and paid by 12in10.com
if 12in10.com institutes it's right of cancellation.
Any violation of policies which results in extra costs will be
billed to the customer (i.e. transfer, space etc.)
Intellectual
Property Rights
Material
accessible to you through 12in10.com's services
may be subject to protection under the copyright laws, or laws
protecting trademarks, trade secrets or proprietary information.
Except when expressly permitted by the owner of such rights, you
must not use 12in10.com or its servers and network
in a manner that would infringe, violate, dilute or misappropriate
any such rights, with respect to any material, which you access
or receive through the 12in10.com network. Accessing information at 12in10 means you agree to be bound by International Laws relating to the use of our copyrighted materials.
Lawful
Purpose
12in10.com
reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Customers may
only use 12in10.com service for lawful purpose.
This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material
legally judged to be threatening or obscene, and material protected
by trade secrets. The designation of any materials as such described
above is left entirely to the discretion of 12in10.com's
management. IN NO EVENT SHALL 12in10.com TAKE ANY
LIABILITY.
Indemnification
Customer
agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold 12in10.com
HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL DEMANDS, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, COSTS
AND CLAIMS, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES ASSERTED AGAINST
12in10.com, ITS AGENTS, ITS CUSTOMERS, OFFICERS
AND EMPLO YEES, THAT MAY ARISE OR RESULT FROM ANY SERVICE PROVIDED
OR PERFORMED OR AGREED TO BE PERFORMED OR ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY
CUSTOMER, IT'S AGENTS, EMPLOYEES OR ASSIGNS. CUSTOMER AGREES TO
DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS 12in10.com
AGAINST LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF; (1) ANY INJURY TO PERSON OR
PROPERTY CAUSED BY ANY PRODUCTS SOLD OR OTHERWISE DISTRIBUTED
IN CONNECTION WITH 12in10.com'S SERVICES; (2) ANY
MATERIAL SUPPLIED BY CUSTOMER INFRINGING OR ALLEGEDLY INFRINGING
ON THE PROPRIETARY RIGHTS OF A THIRD PARTY; ( 3) COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
AND (4) ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS SOLD TO CUSTOMER FROM 12in10.com'S
SERVICES.

will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may
suffer or any loss you incur for whatever reasons. 12in10.com
makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for the
services we provide. 12in10.com disclaims any warranty
or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes
the loss of income, data through delays, non-deliveries, wrong
delivery, and any and all service interruptions or cancellations
caused by 12in10.com and its employess. 12in10.com
reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.. Failure
to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate
termination of service.
